Processing
In-stock orders normally require 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Verification, holidays, stock constraints, or high demand can extend preparation.
Methods, costs, and estimates
Checkout displays available shipping and charges. U.S. standard transit is estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch, excluding processing. International timing varies; estimates are not guarantees.
Fulfillment
We or fulfillment partners may ship from different facilities. Orders can arrive in separate parcels. Our registered address is not necessarily a shipping or return warehouse.
Shipment updates
Available tracking is emailed after dispatch. Allow around 48 hours for initial scans; some carriers update less frequently.
Delayed or missing parcels
Contact us about prolonged delays or missing deliveries, including parcels marked delivered. Check nearby delivery locations while we review carrier information. Remedies depend on circumstances and applicable rights.
Address accuracy and imports
Supply accurate addresses; changes after preparation are not guaranteed. Customer-caused reshipment may incur reasonable costs. Unless checkout states otherwise, recipients pay applicable import duties, taxes, and clearance charges.
