Contact us first
Request eligible returns within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Email your order number, item, reason, and relevant photos. Obtain authorization and the designated warehouse address; do not use the registered address automatically.
Return eligibility
Preference returns normally require unused, unaltered goods with packaging, components, and proof of purchase. Clearly disclosed hygiene, customized, gift-card, or final-sale exclusions may apply, without overriding statutory rights.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damage, defects, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods promptly—ideally within 7 days. This recommendation does not shorten the 30-day window. Confirmed issues receive an appropriate remedy covering reasonable issue-related return costs.
Return shipping
Customers normally pay preference-return postage. No separate restocking fee applies.
Inspection and payment
Inspection normally finishes within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days afterward; bank posting takes additional time. Lawful deductions may reflect avoidable damage or missing parts.
Exchanges and cancellation
Exchanges depend on stock. Request cancellation within 12 hours where possible; fulfillment may prevent changes. Successful pre-fulfillment cancellations incur no cancellation fee.
